Booking Policy

This policy outlines the terms for table reservations at Play Girlz Pattaya, including deposits, minimum spend, and cancellation conditions.
Reservation Deposit
A deposit of ฿500 is required to secure your table reservation. This deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The deposit is paid via PromptPay and must be verified before your reservation is confirmed.
Minimum Spend
Minimum spend requirements vary by table category and day type (weekday, weekend, or special event):
VVIP Tables
Weekdays: ฿10,000 minimum spend or open 2 bottles of alcohol
Weekends & Special Events: ฿18,888 minimum spend or open 1 Bottle Set Package
VIP Tables
Weekdays: ฿5,000 minimum spend or open 1 bottle of alcohol
Weekends & Special Events: ฿18,888 minimum spend or open 1 Bottle Set Package
Standard Sofa Tables
Weekdays: No minimum for walk-ins · ฿2,500 min for advance bookings
Weekends: 3 drinks per person for walk-ins · ฿5,000 min for advance bookings
The minimum spend is settled at the venue on the night of your reservation. The deposit is separate from the minimum spend.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation date may be eligible for deposit transfer to a future date, at management's discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 1 hour of your reserved time, your table may be released to other guests and your deposit will be forfeited.
Table Assignment
Specific table assignments are subject to availability. While we honour your table preference whenever possible, management reserves the right to assign or reassign tables based on operational needs.
Special Events
Special event nights may have modified pricing and minimum spend requirements. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
